Tres Leches Cake

- 200 g granulated sugar
- 80 ml whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 190 g all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 can (354ml) evaporated milk
- 1 can (396ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 240 ml heavy cream (for soak)
- 480 ml heavy cream (for topping)
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for garnish)
