Goulash

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 28 oz diced tomatoes (one can, with juices)
- 15 oz tomato sauce (one can)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 medium bell pepper (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp paprika

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 piece bay leaf
