Pumpkin Pie

- 425 g pumpkin puree (canned)
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (354ml) evaporated milk
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ground ginger
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
- 0.25 tsp ground cloves
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 9-inch pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
- 115 g butter (cold, for crust)
- 160 g all-purpose flour (for crust)
